Learning development through technology

Solutions not functionality.

We can produce a course that delivers material provides a quiz, shows a screen cast, uses branching learning techniques and captures and essay questions – great stuff. However, if you can’t visualise why you would need these things, clever as they are, then what is the point.

A lot of software is sold like this too, functionality and features. People buy the benefits of what things do, not the features. Give too much focus to tools and you really miss the point; senior stakeholders buy outcomes, not the means to achieve them – tools are boring solutions are cool. Solutions are at the executive level ,tools are low down in the food chain!

It is like going to B&Q and buying the best drill you can afford and taking it home and filling the house with holes. If you don’t know what to do with the drill then why should you buy one? You might even wreck the house!

Have a look at some of the ways our clients apply e-confident techniques to solving real business problems; like the requirement for CPD, the challenges of training new staff and supporting sales channels to mention a few.

Solutions are the key – so let’s build some and deliver real value.
